• Inside Dhaka City: Standard delivery completed within 24 to 48 hours (Delivery Fee: ৳60).
• Outside Dhaka (All Districts): Delivered safely within 2 to 4 working days via reputed express couriers (Delivery Fee: ৳120).
• Cash on Delivery: Available across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.

5. 24-Hour Replacement & Return Warranty
We prioritize your satisfaction with our luxury collection:
• Delivery Check: Please check the parcel in the presence of the courier rider.
• Damage or Defect: In the rare event of transit damage or a manufacturing issue, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos on WhatsApp (+8801577710405).
• Free Express Replacement: We will send an immediate free replacement parcel for verified claims.
• Hygiene & Condition: Items with removed luxury tags, scratches from use, or missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return.
